David Kleinberg joined
NK&P in July of 2002 with 14 years of experience as
a trial lawyer. David is, very simply, a born trial
lawyer. He has litigated hundreds of cases involving
defective products, medical malpractice, civil
rights, wrongful arrest/use of force, inadequate
security, automobile accidents, falls,
vaccine-related injury/death, even trademarks and
unfair competition. Mr. Kleinberg enjoys an AV
rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. This
rating is the highest awarded, and is determined by
judges and fellow lawyers. Prior to joining NK&P,
David was a partner at Gaebe, Mullen Antonelli, Esco,
& DiMatteo, where he represented insurance companies
in the defense of cases for over 14 years. This
intimate knowledge of the insurance industry, their
defense lawyers, as well as their practices and
strategies now gives Mr. Kleinberg a distinct
advantage in helping injured victims win full and
just compensation.
As a trial lawyer in the
courtroom, David brings a unique blend of passion,
toughness, intellect, savvy, and theater. Mr.
Kleinberg capitalizes on his experience as an
appellate lawyer with a history of dozens of
decisions in State and Federal Appellate Courts.
This allows him to ensure the conduct of his trials
is not only in compliance with the laws, but to his
client’s best interest and advantage. All of
his experience and skill is magnified in the
courtroom through his creative use of multi-media
computer generated presentations. Pictures, x-rays,
diagrams, facts and figures come to life on the big
screen allowing the client’s story to be heard, seen
and even felt. David was one of the very first
lawyers, and still one of the few, to use today’s
technology in the courtroom.
David, together with
Alan Neufeld and the other exceptional lawyers, NK&P
has all of the experience, knowledge, and tools
needed to make the most of your case! David
was graduated from the University of Florida, A.A.,
in 1980, and Florida Int’l University, B.S.
Information Technology, in 1984 in may of 1988 he
received his Juris Doctorate degree from the
University of Miami. Mr. Kleinberg is admitted to
practice before the following Courts: United States
Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals,
Eleventh Circuit; United States Court of Federal
Claims; United States District Courts for the
Southern District of Florida (Trial Bar) and Middle
District of Florida; as well as all Florida State
Courts.
