Alan Neufeld graduated with honors in finance from Syracuse University, and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami in 1975. During his tenure as a law student, he clerked for both civil Circuit Court judges and prominent criminal judges, developing a deep passion for trial advocacy. For the past 28 years, Alan has vigorously represented seriously-injured clients in both Federal District Court and State Circuit Courts litigating cases involving complex Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home abuse, Products Liability, airplane, railroad and motor vehicle crashes, slip and fall injuries, improper security, and bad-faith litigation against insurance companies, as well as a multitude of other causes of action. He has successfully obtained several million-dollar jury verdicts and settlements in the area of Tort Litigation.

A family man and true believer in community involvement, Alan is on the Board of Governors for the North Dade Bar Association, is currently the President of the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Metro 6 Intracoastal Police Department, and is a member of the North Miami Beach Optimist Club, where he volunteers his time organizing the Annual Special Olympics. In addition, he runs a Moot Court demonstration for local high school students who are contemplating entering the legal profession.

Alan was the lead counsel in Riles vs. Bonaventure Golf Course, et al., a case which resulted in the highest jury verdict ever recorded in the United States against a golf course, for suits involving improper design. A truly caring and passionate person, Alan’s magnetic personality coupled with his vast knowledge of the law has won the hearts of jurors time and time again.
