Robert
Pinkiert received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration from the University of
Florida in 1988, and completed his legal studies at
the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova Southeastern
University. Robert has successfully handled and
resolved thousands of cases involving injuries or
death caused by automobile accidents, medical
malpractice, security negligence, and premises
negligence.
Robert’s
background includes tenure as a partner with
Reifkind & Pinkiert, P.A., a firm that maintained
offices in both Hollywood and Boca Raton, Florida.
Subsequently, Robert formed his own law firm in
Plantation, and from 1999 until May of 2002, he
diligently achieved impressive results for his
clients. Moreover, he secured his reputation as a
no-nonsense litigator, and gained the respect of
esteemed physicians throughout southern Florida.
Robert joined the firm’s ranks in May of 2002, and
his 11 years of Personal Injury litigation
experience and networking skills have enabled us to
become one of the most prominent firms in Aventura.
Robert is a
master of negotiation, and his keen business mind
paired with his extensive experience in multiple
types of negligence, insurance, and personal
injuries has resulted in extraordinary verdicts,
awards, and settlements. His hard-edged style and
infectious sense of humor create a winning
combination when dealing with tough insurance
adjusters, ultimately resulting in the best interest
of our clients.
In addition to
the Circuit Courts throughout the State of Florida,
Robert is also licensed to practice before the
Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the
United States District Courts for the Southern and
Middle Districts of Florida. He is on the Board of
Directors of the Nova Southeastern Law School
Alumni, is a member of the Greater Miami Jewish
Federation in the Young Leadership Division, and
also maintains membership and involvement in the
Association of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Broward
County Trial Lawyers Association.
