David Kleinberg is an outgoing, gifted communicator who thinks fast on his feet. Trials are his gift. David has litigated hundreds of cases involving defective products, medical malpractice, civil rights, wrongful arrest/use of force, inadequate security, automobile accidents, falls, vaccine-related injury/death, even trademarks and unfair competition.
David capitalizes on his experience as an appellate lawyer with a history of dozens of decisions in State and Federal Appellate Courts. This allows him to ensure the conduct of his trials is not only in compliance with the laws, but to his client’s best interest and advantage. All of his experience and skill are magnified in the courtroom through his creative use of multi-media computer generated presentations. David was one of the very first lawyers, and still one of the few, to use today’s technology in the courtroom.
Prior to joining NKP in 2002, David was a partner at Gaebe, Mullen Antonelli, Esco, & DiMatteo, where he represented insurance companies in the defense of cases for over 14 years. This intimate knowledge of the insurance industry, their defense lawyers, as well as their practices and strategies gives David a distinct advantage in helping injured victims win full and just compensation.
David graduated from the University of Florida, A.A. and Florida International University, B.S. Information Technology. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami. David is admitted to practice before the following Courts: United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; United States Court of Federal Claims; United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida (Trial Bar) and Middle District of Florida; as well as all Florida State Courts.
