Jason Neufeld earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami.
Jason is consistently recognized as a top personal injury lawyer among his peers in Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite, Avvo, or Super Lawyers Magazine (2012-2016). Jason is committed to assisting and protecting the most vulnerable members of society, due to substantial work with the elderly, Jason has expanding the firm’s practice to handle Elder Law related issues such as: incapacity planning, Medicaid ICP (long term care) planning, special needs trusts and representing guardians.
Jason is on the Board of Directors for the North Dade Bar Association (former President, VP and Treasurer); North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce; Ancient Spanish Monastery; B’Nai Brith Justice Unit of Broward and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation – North Dade Branch. Jason is also a member of Leadership Broward Class XXXII (Aroo!); and the Florida Justice Association. Jason also sits on an 11th Judicial Circuit Bar Grievance Panel.
Jason was honored with a proclamation (Jason Neufeld Day) by the City of North Miami Beach in 2007 for his civic activism.
Prior to joining Neufeld, Kleinberg & Pinkiert, PA, Jason worked as corporate counsel for one of the largest marina and office-building real-estate developers in the State of Florida. As corporate counsel, Jason learned the art of the deal while assisting in multi-million dollar acquisitions and regularly negotiating with various government agencies, municipalities, and opposing counsel. Jason has also clerked for Judge Shahood in the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
